The Carolina Panthers looked to their quarterback to provide the spark in New England, and he responded with his best game of the season, throwing for over 300 yards and three touchdowns while adding one on the ground. Cam Newton played like the quarterback who was named 2015 MVP, guiding the Panthers to a 33-30 win; a win in New England is never easy to come by, and reigning Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady certainly didn’t make it a foregone conclusion as he brought the Patriots back from 14 down in the fourth quarter to tie it at 30 before giving the ball back to Cam Newton for a 10-play, 46-yard drive which culminated in a 48-yard Graham Gano field goal as time expired to give the Panthers the win. If you weren’t able to watch what was certainly the most exciting game of the young 2017 season for the Panthers, check out our full recap and a gallery of pictures below from official Riot Report photographer Jesse Fraetis.
