The Panthers came away from Detroit with the 27-24 win led by a spectacular game from Cam Newton which featured standout performances from tight end Ed Dickson and Christian McCaffrey’s first NFL touchdown. Kawann Short and Julius Peppers led the defense to six sacks and the Panthers won the turnover battle by recovering a Matthew Stafford fumble and not turning the ball over themselves. While it was an uneven performance, a win is a win is a win, the Panthers are 4-1 and all is well in Pantherland. If you weren’t able to catch the game, check out our full recap and some photos from the Motor City Takeover after you enjoy some selected pictures from inside Ford Field.
