With the Panthers relieving Mike Shula of his duties, the Panthers will be hiring a new offensive coordinator to helm their offense that features Cam Newton, Christian McCaffrey and Greg Olsen. With Ron Rivera’s penchant for hiring coordinators he is already familiar with, it would be a fair bet to assume that the Panthers new coordinator will be someone that Rivera has worked with in the past. His previous coordinator hires, Rob Chudzinski and Sean McDermott, were all assistants he had worked with in the past.
