The Panthers will head to New Orleans with one of their cleanest injury reports in weeks as they have no one out this week and cornerback Ross Cockrell, as well as rookie tackles Dennis Daley and Greg Little, are all designated as questionable – Cockrell missed practice Wednesday and Thursday and participated in a limited fashion on Friday.

“It’s very steady,” Ron Rivera said about Cockrell’s progression this week after the corner missed Week 11’s loss to the Falcons. “Everyday was a step in the right direction in terms of being able to get back on the football field. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that tomorrow he has a good day and then Sunday, pre-game, we can see what happens from there.”

With Greg Little drawing the start, the team is hopeful that Dennis Daley – who missed last week’s game with a groin injury – is available to serve as a backup. While Little is listed with a questionable tag after having knee soreness this week, Rivera said he’s not worried about the rookie making his second consecutive start.

“I’m not as concerned [with] Greg,” said Rivera. “With Greg, we had to follow the protocol in terms of [having] a little tendinitis, so we’ve got to put it on the list. But we want to make sure Dennis continues to progress.”

Both Daley and Little participated fully in practice on Friday Check the full (albeit short) injury report:
