Playing In Space

Little wasn’t asked to play in space on screens and the like a huge amount at Ole Miss, but he showed unsurprisingly good foot speed and hand usage when working to the second level:

But sometimes he could have done better by getting to the block a half-second slower – but with greater control:

Overall, Little is a similar prospect to the Panthers’ 2018 first round pick DJ Moore – his good plays are exceptional, and he shows every skill you might want in a player, but it will be important for whomever drafts him to work on his consistency and eliminate what appears to be a handful of mental errors every game from his play.

As such, his perceived coachability will be important – it is worth nothing that his tendency to lean into blocks, for example, is something that he shares with some other Ole Miss offensive linemen in this class; if teams are confident in his ability to work on these, then his ceiling is the highest of any player in this class, and his combined skillset is up there with the very best tackles in the NFL.

Grade: Late First Round
